Log in to Facebook (if you're already logged in, click 'Home')
In the sidebar at left, click 'Pages' then select your business page
Under Manage Page, in the sidebar at left,click 'Settings.'

Under 'Assign a New Page Role' type 'Sarah Cyclone' or fbadmin@cyclonepress.com. Change role to Admin, then click Add.

Website contact form submissions will automatically be emailed, but you can always log in to your website to view all entries for any form. Here’s how.

Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
On the left sidebar, select Forms > Entries.
Click the dropdown to switch to the form entries you'd like to view.
Scroll down to view all entries.
Mouse over the first column and you'll see several options appear underneath. Click 'View' to view the entry.
If you have the option installed, you may also see an option to "Save as PDF.'

Click the dropdown to Select a Form
Check 'Select All' to select all fields
Scroll down and select your desired date range
Click 'Download Export File' and choose where to save file

If you want to use reCAPTCHA to prevent spam on your website, you'll need to create Google keys. Here's how to set up the account and add us, so we can generate those keys for your website (this is how you add the "I'm Not a Robot" checkbox, although you can select 'Invisible to bypass that).

Go to Google reCAPTCHA admin.
Login with your business Google account
Click + in the top right to register a new site
Enter your url (yourbusiness.com) as the label
Select Challenge (v2)
Choose either Robot or Invisible
Add a domain and enter your website URL (yourbusiness.com)
Hit Submit
Go to Settings, and add sarah@cyclonepress.com as an account owner

At this point, we can generate the keys needed to add to your website.

How to track link clicks with Google Analytics (UTM Parameters)

These are tags you add to a link (URL) so you can see where traffic is coming from in your Google Analytics dashboard. You could use this for seeing how many website views you’re getting from your email signature, for example. It’s easy (and free) with Google’s URL Builder tool.

Navigate to Google’s URL Builder
Open the page you're linking to, and copy the full URL with prefix (https://www.yourwebsite.com).
Paste in that Website URL.
Type in the campaign source, This is the origin or platform, such as newsletter or linkedin.
Type in the campaign medium. This is the category or type of source, such as email or qr-code.
Type in the specific campaign name. This is the current promotion, such as event or sale.
You can ignore the optional Term and Content fields. Those are generally for paid ads.
Scroll down to the Share box and click Copy URL. It will look something like this: https://example.com?utm_source=news4&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=spring-summer (Optional: click Convert URL to a Short Link if you have a Bit.ly account and you'll end up with bit.ly/link that tracks clicks).
Paste the copied URL in your email newsletter, LinkedIn post, or wherever you're using it.

Important Note: when adding a link in most services, you have the option to use custom anchor text. This means you can type "mywebsite.com", select that text, add link, and paste in the long trackable link, then save. It looks like your base URL, short and clean, but it still uses the UTM parameters.

A few best practices:

Use lowercase. Case matters (linkedin and LinkedIn will create two different tracking categories).
Use dashes.
Use the same source/medium consistently (facebook and facebook-post will create two different tracking categories).

Caching is when your website stores a saved version of the web page to speed up loading times. If you make changes to that page, sometimes you’ll still see the cached version. When updating a page or post, it’s best to always clear the cache. If you're experiencing issues with updates, always try clearing the cache first to see if that fixes the problem.

Open this link
Click the 'Get Started' button under the Business Starter plan
Complete business detail section
Add your contact information (this will be the superadmin on the account)
When it asks if you have a domain name, select 'Yes, I have one I can use'
Enter your domain name without https://www
Confirm the domain is typed correctly, and click 'Next'
Choose if you'd like to receive tip emails
Choose your email address and password, then prove you aren't a robot and click 'Agree and Continue'
Sign into Google with the email and password you just created (you may need to add your phone for a security code)
Accept the terms
Add the promotion code we've provided and click 'Next'
Enter your billing address and credit card information
You'll receive a notification your account has been created. Click 'Continue to setup'
When you see the following screen, it's time for us to take over.

Send us the login email and password and we'll log in and complete the technical setup to connect your domain, set up redirects and aliases and test everything.

In order to help you manage or verify your Google My Business account, follow the steps below.

Go to business.google.com (while signed in under your business Google account)
On the business location you're sharing, click the 'See Your Profile' button
Click the kebab icon
Click the blue ‘Add users’ button in the top right
Click Business Profile Settings
Click Managers
Paste in our agency location ID (5394040259)
Select the ‘cyclone press clients’ box that pops up
Leave role as Manager
Click the blue ‘Invite’ button in bottom right

From the WordPress Page or Post:

While logged in to WordPress, create a new page or open an existing page and click the Beaver Builder tab.

From the All Pages List:

Mouse over a page in the Pages > All Pages list, then click the Beaver Builder link.

Tip: When a Beaver Builder layout already exists for a page, the Beaver Builder link is followed by a green button, as you can see in the screenshot. When a Beaver Builder layout hasn't been created yet, it's followed by a pale gray or white button.

From the WordPress Admin Bar:

If you're viewing a page or post and you're logged in, the WordPress admin bar appears across the top. Click the Beaver Builder link to edit the page.

When a Beaver Builder layout already exists for the page, the Beaver Builder link is followed by a green button, as you can see in the screenshot. When a Beaver Builder layout hasn't been created yet, it's followed by a pale gray button.
