How to View Website Form Submission (GravityForms)

Website contact form submissions will automatically be emailed, but you can always log in to your website to view all entries for any form. Here’s how.

1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
2. On the left sidebar, select Forms > Entries.
3. Click the dropdown to switch to the form entries you'd like to view.
4. Scroll down to view all entries.
5. Mouse over the first column and you'll see several options appear underneath. Click 'View' to view the entry.
6. If you have the option installed, you may also see an option to "Save as PDF.'

How to Export Form Entries as a Spreadsheet

1. Under Forms, click Import/Export
2. Click the dropdown to Select a Form
3. Check 'Select All' to select all fields
4. Scroll down and select your desired date range
5. Click 'Download Export File' and choose where to save file
