How to set up email on Apple Mail

Please note: if you plan to change the default password we used when setting up your account, make sure to do that before setting email up on your devices so you don’t have to re-enter it. See this help article for how to change your email password.

There are two ways to set up your email account.

Option 1: Automatic Configuration Tool:

1. Log in to the email Support Center
2. Enter email and password > Log In
3. Click “Configure” across the top
4. Select your device
5. Follow the prompts (always choose IMAP)

If this doesn't work on your computer, or you prefer to set up manually, use the settings below.

Option 2: Manual Setup:

1. Open Apple Mail
2. Mail > Add Account
3. Other Mail Account...
4. Continue
5. Enter your full name, email address, and password
6. Sign in
7. Fill out all fields, using secure.emailsrvr.com as both incoming and outgoing email server
8. Sign in
9. Select the apps you want to use with this account (Notes are if you want to sync Apple Notes on your iPhone with your Mail inbox)
10. Done
