How to Leave Feedback on a Design

We use a feedback tool that allows you to draw or comment on-screen while reviewing logo or other design files. Here's how to use it.

Open the link sent via email and you'll see the design, along with a comment bar on the right side, and toolbar across the bottom.

Draw a box to highlight areas, and switch to the comment tool to click to leave notes. You'll have to enter your name and email the first time you interact with the design (so we know who's leaving the feedback).

Leave descriptive feedback on the proofs, especially if viewing/choosing between multiple options. We will have the ability to reply directly to your comments to confirm details.

The system will notify us when comments are left on a design, but we recommend sending an email to [email protected] when you're completely done leaving feedback, so we know it's ok to proceed to the next phase of the design.

To Switch Between Versions

In the bottom left corner, you'll see a Version 1 of X button. Click this to switch between versions (for example, round 1, round 2, and round 3 of a logo).
