How to Create a Shared Google Drive Folder
The best way to share large files (or a collection of files) is with Google Drive or Dropbox. Creating a folder on one of these services is creating it “in the cloud” so it can shared with an accessed by others.
How to Create a Shared Google Drive Folder
- Go to drive.google.com and sign in to the account you what to use
- Click the + icon in the top left, then Folder
- Name your folder
- Open the folder
- Click the arrow next to the folder name and select Share
- Type in the email address of the person you're sharing the folder with, then click done. They will have access to everything you put in this folder.
